I count my blessings everyday.  Not everyone gets to do what they love, but I've been lucky to have two careers that I'm passionate about.  You know the old saying "God works in msterious ways"? Well, I'm a believer.  Fashion was what I lived and breathed (maybe too much), so I did not think much of it when the opportunity of home staging presented itself.  Now with over hundreds of stagings into it, I have a new found love.  My favorite roles in the fashion industry were buying, merchandising, and styling, which all transitioned seamlessly into home staging design.

Here is one of our latest projects.  A 3b/1.5ba gorgeous single family home in the Inner Richmond neighborhood of San Francisco.  This beauty had multiple offers, and was snatched up within 2 weeks!  Of course, there were many key factors that helped make this happen -- a savvy and well networked real estate agent, a great photographer, the ideal location, natural beauty and, of course, the condition of the home itself.  But, I have to hand it to our team of designers (yours truly included) who worked hard to help create the lifestyle vison, and expedite a sale at the highest value.  Selling a home is stressful, my job is ultimately to help the homeowners maximize their ROI, all the while making the staging process as easy and smooth as possible.
